Cancellation 
Please note that Vitality Oslo operates on a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us 24 hours' notice. Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, will lead to your deposit being forfeited.

Terms and conditions 

For home, hotel or office visits minimum spend is  4,000 NOK including the call-out fee. Call-outs need to be paid 24h in advance or, if the booking is made less than 24 h before the appointment, at the time of booking. We do not offer refunds on callouts. Call-out times may vary up to 30 min due to external circumstances. We may try to contact you before, during or after the scheduled call-out time to provide updates. We ask that you please keep your phone nearby to answer.

Please make the team aware before your appointment if you have any medical conditions or allergies, as this could affect the appointment going ahead. This is to make sure that the service is safe for you. Please disclose this in the waiver and to your nurse. If we arrive at your appointment and any contraindications have not been disclosed beforehand, then the deposit will be forfeited.
